The fool could have just admitted it instead of forcing me to court. It's blatantly obvious his dogs are not confined to his property and harass mine. me, other people. I'm hoping his lack of judgement causes his fine to escalate.
Ironically, Wyoming was the easiest place to deal with getting dogs confined. That was likely due to serious incidents that occurred in the boom that happened a few years before I got there. Call about a loose dog giving you problems, the people were responsive, the dogs were confined. Wham! just like that. Here, it's far from that simple.
