Snowsuit, fleece joggers, a nice looking coat, and a rain coat. I don't have one, just came across them. They look nice and roomie, with air cushioning to stay warm.

I love K9 TopCoat! That company's great! (I still have three lycra body suits if someone's interested).
When I lived in Wyoming, I made some coats for the Barker Sisters. We only used them for walks when it was 10 below or lower but they were easy to make and very functional. You can make your own pattern something like a horse's winter blanket - I used fleece & velcro.

A snowsuit WITH ATTACHED BOOTS! http://tootlewear.webs.com/rainsuits-and-snowsuits Especially for urban dogs who are exposed to salt on sidewalks (ugh) and dogs who get ice clumps between their toes. I used safety pins to attach boots to Chip's snowsuit but getting him booted and suited took forever then. Their regular snowsuit looks good, too.
