Here's to the soon-to-be "leaps and bounds" - the return of which, to me, was the point of this whole thing in the first place. With all Laos has been through he will no doubt take a little longer to be fully functional but considering how far he has come in the last two weeks alone he is well on the way to the "great life" Bianca referred to above. Take deeeeep breaths Lynn, the future will be bright. happyboogie goodjob

Lynn glad o hear the check up was pretty positive. I guess after all this time and effort, slow and careful rehab is a must. I bet Laos will be very happy to have some freedom too. Hope the next check up is more good news.

Laos' first "free time" in one of the small dog yards.. on a long line. Still a slight limp, but he's using the leg constantly. I believe once the muscles have been strengthened he'll have a much more normal gait. He's been through so much. Three minutes of "free time" felt like total bliss to the dog.

He must feel so much better, to be able to play smile

Do they have you doing range of motion exercises to make sure that he starts using the knee properly?

Lisa, still doing ROM and icing the knee down. You can just tell he's feeling so much better.

He looks good, Lynn. So happy to see Laos be able to move around like that and play!
