Riva - 24 months. Was sedated with domitor and the vet took 8 shots of her hips. They reversed the domitor and I didn't like the positioning, so he took more shots while she was awake, yet still a bit groggy. Turned out better when she was awake, she wasn't as limp and floppy. My vet is so cool. I stayed with her the entire time, from sedation until she was awake. Watched the x-rays from outside the x-ray room door.
He said the elbows looked great. I have no idea how to read elbows.
Now to wait and see what OFA says....

Don't have any xrays to add to this thread but I thought it would be a good spot to add this video on 'The Importance of Precise Positioning for OFA radiographs'. Had a great discussion on this at training the past Sunday.

Just received word back from the OFA on these two prelims Peter is 1 1/2 yrs old son of Blackjack and Gretchen Maia is 20 months old daughter of Blackjack and Sally Peter went GOOD and Maia FAIR Both elbows were rated normal ( pics you can't see well on my camera so I didn't post them )
Very happy as Peter was held for our breeding program !!!!!!:)
